A brief bio on Victoria... Victoria Kasten, age seventeen, wrote her first Mighty Stallion book at age twelve. She currently has 5 Mighty Stallion Books available. She also released IronHeart, her first full length (314 pgs) non-magical fantasy in late 2007.Victoria just recently returned from her first national book tour ... 4800 miles of driving in 15 days! She visited Harrisburg, PA and San Antonio, TX with some stops in between. She met many wonderful people and sold hundreds of books along the way. She also had the opportunity to visit Gettysburg and the Nat'l Civil War Museum to do research for her upcoming Mighty Stallion 6 book. She will be off to Atlanta, GA later this summer for another convention. Victoria had two poems published in a nationally circulated newspaper at Age 11. Her first published book, Mighty Stallion, was released in November of 2005. Victoria's first magazine article appeared in the 2006 winter issue of American Livestock Magazine. She has been the subject of newspaper articles - including front page features - for Bluff Country Reader, Rochester Post Bulletin, Northfield News, Lonsdale Review, Spring Valley Tribune, Mankato Free press and others. She has also been interviewed by many radio stations and magazines. (Watch for the newest articles on Victoria to appear in Woman, Inc and MN Parent magazines in their June 2008 issues.)
